Erskine Tree Surgeons - Staff

Tree surgeons are trained and assessed through the National Proficiency Test Council (NPTC), awarded by City & Guilds. NPTC's aim is to promote competence and professionalism in the workforce of the land-based and related industries by the encouragement of continuous learning and the recognition of skill (www.nptc.org.uk).     

Here at Erskine Tree Surgeons Ltd, our staff are entered into personalised training schedules, which feeds in with our succession planning system.

All training courses, Personalised Protective Clothing and Equipment (PPE), climbing equipment and machinery are provided by the company.

Our staff are led by 2 experienced team leaders. Their primary role is day to day organisation of site works, although they conduct numerous tasks within the company.

All works are directed and overseen by Bill Cairns, Managing Director.
